The most balanced place I have worked for Culture - Top management knows what they are doing - For freshers - No Spoonfeeding - So this is the best place to start - You are rewarded if you put the right effort and show results (The opposite is also valid) - If you are stuck anywhere in work or culture people are open to listen and help at all times - People respect your time and effort - Open to new ideas (Implementation may or may not happen because of practicality but people listen, that matters) - Lunch is sponsored by Fyle :D Work - People are smart with hands-on experience- not just intelligent - There are lots of technologies involved and you can see the tech change with time and scale - Offers you with learning opportunity via online courses - Extremely good place for developers and - Designers are free to experiment but will have to be a bit sober in designing - You will know the challenges faced by a startup and the solutions that are experimented with to overcome - Things are pretty open - You even know how much they spend just for AWS each month

Nothing much But I would really recommend looking beyond just functional design Emotions cannot be validated with data Premium looks can demand some premium prices too because of the trust factor they bring
