Pros

Good benefits, even though during Covid home-office a lot of them are canceled

Cons

The company lacks professionals. Most of the key positions are held by engineers who's first and only job experience is in Netcetera. And it doesn't matter how good you are, key positions are reserved for people who have been longer in the company. The company is guided by the principle "this is how we do things around here" and everything else is not acceptable. This is a place with toxic culture. The intranet is often a place where a group of employees bully others and humiliate them online in front of the whole company, but noone does anything about it. The review process is sometimes guided by holding grudge and if the employee being assessed has had a previous dissagreement with someone in the process, they will get a bad review. It's impossible to get a career change within the company. Some people are promoted just because they are close to the management.

Pros

Good for students and interns, the learning curve is steep at the beginning, you can learn a lot from good professionals. You can ask anyone everyone will help and tech you. Lots of fringe benefits like food in restaurants, gym, cell phone per 3 years and cell phone subscription.

Cons

The salary is lower compared to competitors, as a senior there is nothing more to gain. Lot of people on that position leave because of that, lowering the morale. In short good for newbies and not so good for seniors.
