Pros

- Great opportunity for learning best practices - Smart people to work with - Many fringe benefits, like: covered expenses for meals in a few restaurants, paid sport activities (gym, basketball, futsal, swimming, tennis, ...) - Private healthcare

Cons

- No fast track for talented ambitious people, nor clear mechanisms to identify top performers - The performance review and promotion system is kinda broken. Each employee has a team lead and the team lead doesn't work with the employee on a daily basis. Often times the promotions depend more of the team lead, than the employee subject to the promotion. Some team leads would do anything to get their people promoted, other team leads don't bother at all about their team members. My team lead had only 2 meetings with me in the last year. Some team leads were having meetings on a weekly basis and were always trying to promote their people. - Lack of transparency. People were hired in positions for which there was no public job posting at all, just because they are close with the top management of the company. - The salaries in the Macedonian branch are low. Netcetera is working mainly with Swiss clients and getting paid very well for the services, but the Macedonian employees do not get their fair share from the revenue.

Pros

Good for students and interns, the learning curve is steep at the beginning, you can learn a lot from good professionals. You can ask anyone everyone will help and tech you. Lots of fringe benefits like food in restaurants, gym, cell phone per 3 years and cell phone subscription.

Cons

The salary is lower compared to competitors, as a senior there is nothing more to gain. Lot of people on that position leave because of that, lowering the morale. In short good for newbies and not so good for seniors.
