Pros
The production facility was amazingly run and everyone felt like family, The product is ingenious and well controlled. the company is very understanding of personal days off and offers multiple holidays. They bring in free lunch for everyone every other week. Management in production was engaged and friendly and made the work day fun.
Cons
There is a large disconnect between the production facility and the main office in Providence Changes would come last minute, and often too late. Edicts would be announced with no warning or discussion. The sales team and VP's ran the company into the ground by making changes without any research into long term repercussions. They finally made the decision to outsource all production overseas and laid off the entire production plant while still advertising the product as Made in the USA.
