Apprentices don’t have a clue about how leadership works . This place is worst place I’ve worked in 30 years . PMs are the worst, have to continue to ask for materials and when you finally get it it’s wrong . Very poor management! Owner doesn’t care about anyone that works there. G is for sale so owner don’t care about anything but making business look good to sell it. He has to sell it because no experienced people will work there . They use apprentices for Forman because they can’t get anyone to work there ! If you have any experience I would definitely go somewhere else !
