Pros
If you are a recent college grad this is a good place to get your foot in the door and learn a lot - hands on. The hybrid work schedule is also nice allowing for flexibility.
Cons
The things you do learn are often not best practices. It’s a scrappy team, lines are blurred on who does what. If you are hired for anything less than Director I definitely would not recommend as you will be expected to do Director level work without the pay. This company is huge on cutting corners in cost so you will be used to the fullest extent on a salary not sufficient enough to live comfortably alone in NYC. Management is especially bad with no clear direction or plan. Odd hiring practices for Directors and VPs, favoritism from a previous regional head. Associates are often overlooked for promotions, the goal of the company is to squeeze as much as possible from the associates at the lowest cost. Communication is typically lost from being withheld information from management. Lack of transparency. Insane workload.
