      Good salary Flex time Interesting Projects and Clients to work with

      As long as you do your work no one will bother you but trying to figure out what your job is a daunting task. Lack of communication from leadership leaves you guessing as to what your task is and if you get it wrong then you will hear loudly from leadership.

      Good job security with contacts lasting years to decades. Good pay relative to public sector. Work is low stress.

      Cons

      No benefits. Pay rate is higher so it depends on your financial situation if the trade off is worth it. Little to no support from the company once you're in your job.
