None applicable, all pros claimed in job statement do not exist when you actually enter their environment.

Cons

Horrible management Horrible pay rates Horrible transparency Horrible balance and fairness Horrible recruitment process Horrible work process (your work must go through many hoops to make it, and some of those hoops are downright corrupted)

In some cases, we act as a recruiting partner, connecting developers with clients who manage their own workflows and pay developers directly. These developers are not employed or contracted by G2i, and they are under no obligation to take on or remain in any given opportunity. We also want to note that G2i is a small, mission-driven company with approximately 20 full-time employees. We’re committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism in how we work with both clients and developers, and we take concerns seriously—especially when they involve transparency or fairness. That said, we ask that feedback reflect the actual structure and nature of our platform. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and will continue improving how we communicate expectations to those who interact with our process.

Pros

A clear focus on serving clients and talent well Small core team that works very well together Wonderful people across the world that are apart of the G2i community Great value proposition of transparent vetting that serves both hiring manager and engineer looking for a job

Cons

struggles with external communication with our developer community needs to do a better job getting feedback from their developers and clients on how to improve improve marketing and outreach to grow
