All work is easy...

Alot of sabotage jobs (yes they allow it) alot of drama and snitching and backstabbing. If certain people dont like u u basically fired. Alot of double standard's. Machines are crap...no one knows how to fix anything right. Health care sucks. Hourly pay $10 once hired in it doesnt increase. Theres no way to grow within the company. Some higher authority dont want you to do better or make as much money as them. The whole shop is falling apart and is nasty. Shows 0 appreciation to their workers. They are not considerate of their employees lives outside of work. Doesnt believe in bonuses. Worst place to work they literally treat you like crap and talk to you rude. company notorious for lying to you.

We have recently undergone many changes and we are in the process of improving various facets of our organization. We are in the process of implementing supervisor and employee training in order to increase conflict resolution skills and improve communication between employees and management.
