No Leadership, no creativity, salesforce is expected to do all the heavy lifting, no basic sales tools, no literature, no digital marketing campaign, no direction, unrealistic goals, poor work environment, no concept of budget, poor culture, no work life balance, constant firing of competent employees and replacing them with friends
