Can have steep learning curve as may need to handle the whole portfolio sometimes, so will be able to know the audit process for all sections faster. Good exposure. Relatively more work-life balance compare to big 4.

The boss is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about employees. Although the company is an SME, the salary offered is very competitive compared to others in the same category. There is no office politics, and the work environment is supportive and peaceful.
