Pros

Most of the co-workers and c-levels were nice and generous people. They give you lunch and dinner in the campus Campus is very beautiful with lots of trees, you can lessen your stress from work a bit from it They operate their own shuttle bus that goes to many places in Seoul from the campus in the commute time. Work-life balance is guaranteed because it's based at uncomfortable commuting area.

Cons

it's a bit off the subway station, you need to walk for at least 20 min. I'm not sure about career growth, seems everyone here tends to have a comfortable life than competency for career
