      Pros

      Hotel and car rental, they also cover your traveling expenses.

      Cons

      They get you cheap Hotels, they are not consistent, they are not organized, they make rules as they go along and if your'e not careful will rip you off and short change you. They pay workers different salaries even though your'e all doing the same work and have the exact same positions, thers really no room for grown or training to climb the ladder, its pretty stagnant.

      Thanks you for your feedback. Salary is something personal and confidential, so will not be able to comment much. However we do want to clarify that salary is based on experience, and abilities of each individual. We do have salary range defined for each level and people on the those level are paid within those range only. Every individual is unique so is their contribution, even if they are working n the same profile. This range allows us to incentivize individual with higher contributions to the company. We do have various level and growth opportunities for different projects. However short term projects may lack it, we take this as a feedback. Thanks Human Resources
