Pros
Opportunity to work on some of the biggest names in pharma/healthcare while also cutting your teeth on smaller clients who are poised for big things. Immense opportunity for career growth due to smaller teams with senior management will to listen to requests for staffing changes/support as needed. Warm, inviting culture with a hard working attitude. I have met some of my best friends at GCI Health.
Cons
Be prepared to work, a lot, especially as an entry level person. However, when you put in your time and showcase you're valuable asset senior management is always willing to work with you to make changes if you're feeling overwhelmed. IT is offsite which can be challenging when you need a problem fixed ASAP.
