      -Competitive salary -Good benefits package -Amazing leadership team and managers that truly care about your professional growth -Respect and value of all employees across all levels -Everyone's input and feedback is always welcome and heard

      Cons

      -Completely remote work environment due to COVID-19 (this could be a pro for some, personally I enjoy the freedom to work wherever) -Teams not localized (again, this could be a nonissue if you enjoy completely remote work) -Tech issues can impede work and IT team not always responsive
