Pros

- There are a few gems of talented kind people here (A FEW)

Cons

- not a safe space for BIPOC, please take care of your mental health and be cautious because you will experience bias and be gaslit to believe it’s normal - Management style includes passive aggressively destroying your confidence in your own abilities to stifle your growth - Huge wave of “silent layoffs” based on sorority girl politics. They do it via unfair use of PIPs and fear-mongering to push people to agree to quit with horrible severance - Junior staff burnt out and expected to pull everyone’s weight with no support (likely because they are cheaper to bill) - Gossip culture, two-faced culture, no team harmony or camaraderie very dog eat dog, ruthlessly throwing people under the bus, even distorting truths about others - Promotions based on favoritism and not merit - The micromanagement style is suffocating and can completely destroy your self-confidence as a professional - Prioritization of 100% billable hours (managers will interrogate and scrutinize) over quality of work, growth of employees - Be expected to work overtime and weekends with no compensation, appreciation or recognition - DEI efforts are a facade, powered by the ERG group (that does DEI work UNPAID) instead of an actual DEI department (which is really just one person) - Working here wrecked my mental health and confidence, the bias I experienced here traumatized me and I only hope to recover eventually
