Pros
There is room for growth, and for the most part, the people are nice to work with.
Cons
This was a terrible place to work. Late nights and early mornings were the norm, with account leads reinforcing a culture that prioritized work above all else. There was little regard for work-life balance, and burnout felt inevitable. I've worked at other agencies, and GCI had by far the worst workplace culture I've experienced.
