Really cares about employees, above average wages, good benefits, high quality training and rapidly emerging in the area. Strong corporate structure and healthy corporate culture.
Cons
Company is still growing in the area and developing new customer bases so opportunities to move to different contracts are somewhat limited. Does not tolerate call offs and no shows. If you want to keep your job, you better be reliable and dependable.
