Good work environment and highly motivated teams.

Hours can be grueling and weekends/holidays are often used.

Pay is good and OT is abundant.

No lunch or 15 min breaks built into the schedule. Toxic due to being "family-oriented," e.g. you're supposed to allow the ask of personal questions and answer without question.
