If you're in the field of data analytics, I recommend you stay away from Mynt unless you need the money. Their analytics practice and culture is quite backward and the various analytics teams are not respected or treated as equals by the business side. Expect to be constantly taken advantage of with tight deadlines, a terrible tech stack, and a culture obsessed with surviving only until the next day. It didn't used to be this way - there was a time when data professionals were treated professionally by their business stakeholders. They understood our value and worked together to collaborate with us. Unfortunately, that time has passed. Expect to be used and abused, clothed in kind corporate speak.
