Pros

Flexible work shedule, planning one week in advance.

Cons

No respect for employees. Management insulting workers. Pay is actually under minimum wage for a part time job. They will not pay when you are sick. And on holidays when the law says it must be 200 percent pay they will just pay you 150 percent. High work pressure and punishment for bad evaluations, even if you can proof it is not your fault. They minus minutes from your hours worked here and there just to save money. No good work enviroment. In peak times you will not even have a place to sit down in your breaks because there are not enough chairs in the lunch room. Sometimes they do not have work for your language and instead of telling you on time and being honest and fair about it they will cancel your shifts last minute. I was promised bonuses for very good performance and they have never given to me. Also during a big project they said the best performers will win things like a bike or a tv, on the end nobody got anything but a chocolate bar.

Pros

You're on call, you can see when/where they want you a couple of hours beforehand. Most Supervisors are really sweet, fair people. Bonus break coupons awarded by the appointed Supervisor that day/night. A well-respected, truly Global Company offering several different roles to grow into. (Not just the Western Hemisphere and the Phillipines)

Cons

Get a really bad list of phone numbers that don't render results within 2 hours, and you're dismissed from that shift. (your pay is affected.) Oodles of charts and very small lettering (thank God for the colorful highlights) on every email. Ghost Work: chat platform is ONLY you and the Supervisor + Operational Supervisor - you can't send messages to your other "teammates". Misleading scheduling: when hired you are told to set a schedule for the first 30 days and not to deviate from it, that you can make changes after 30 days. After 30 days you are told that you CAN'T change your basic set schedule for the upcoming month, only "request certain days." High turnover of employees due to these factors, and low pay.
