Pros

Management is approachable and easy to talk to. Communication with immediate leaders is generally open, and concerns can still be raised comfortably within the team.

Cons

A lot of changes have been implemented recently, and the work environment no longer feels as balanced and people-focused as before. Employees are starting to feel more like robots due to increasing pressure and stricter policies. There is also a growing concern that higher management is focusing too much on monitoring and targeting employees instead of prioritizing business growth and sales strategies. Salary increases are also relatively low compared to the workload and expectations.

Not many from my perspective. They at least pay you?

Cons

No raises in years and they pile more work on as they lay people off. Meetings are more important than work. No one knows what is going on. Worse, when you leave, they will threaten you with legal action for leaving, even though you are an "at will" employee. Absolutely no work/life balance. I was expected to work from 6am to midnight, Monday through Sunday. Even with a doctor's note, they will still force you to lift, work, or otherwise violate your doctor orders. Reviews are a joke. You are expected to be the best employee or an executive if you want raises or bonuses. After 5 years, there was nothing offered. You habe to be very specific about your plans for a vacation as they will make sure you do not have a moment of peace. I have never had a day off except when I was having surgery. I was expected to login later that day. This happened with both surgeries and any illness.
