Pros
For 1 Star company, don't expect more then that you are atleast working somewhere instead of sitting idle at home.
It's good to join if you have not any option outside.
Cons
1. Can go upto any limit for your mistake.
2. If you come late, then its your mistake and will be counted as half day. But if u leave late then no appreciation or bonus.
3. Fixed 2 breaks a day in which if get late even 5 min then again you have to be answerable for that.
4. It's a JAIL where you are just earning with an image as working in a company.
5. Join at your own risk, they can fire you any day without warning.
6. Can't even think about there employees.
