Unable to think of any pros other than you get a paycheck.
Cons
The list is extremely long. Suffice to say that the senior management in Europe is totally clueless on how to hire in the US. Their track record speaks for itself and their hubris is overwhelming. They preach inclusiveness and practice exclusivity. They punish the employees that perform well, harass them, threaten them and attempt to instill fear in them, while patting the backs of the individuals that do less, create excuses, but stroke the egos of management. No coherent strategy, no real business plan, no career advancement opportunities, no transparency, and no willingness to make high-risk decisions that could propel the US division forward.
