Pros
Most people were good to work with. Average / decent salary.
Cons
Massively disorganised. Unfair treatment to employees (lots of favourtism) Always looking to blame lower down the food chain for problems. Certain people very patronising. Lack of proper training. When an employee leaves, the work is shared instead of the employee replaced, and then they wonder why work isn't done properly.
