Staff cuts too far, French management have no concept of UK working culture, also more bothered about their long term prospects than doing the right thing for the company, weak hr - don't deal with issues or even document them for the future. No positive workforce churn, the worse you are the more secure you seem to be - some genuine exceptions at depot level but on the whole change is bad, losing a lot of good staff due to frustration
