Pros
After many years, I continue to be amazed by the many relationships that have been nurtured and developed by GEM. We work hard every day to ensure our candidates have a unique, personal experience that puts their needs first - and in return, those candidates turn into our clients - plain and simple. Our clients are invaluable and we don't stop until they are happy!
Working at GEM requires hard work, integrity and commitment...but it is rewarded with awesome benefits, uncapped earning potential (yes, you have to work for it), flexibility, and time for fun. You get cool perks like a bar in the office, regular team events (TopGolf, Painting, Movies, Wine Making, Cooking Lessons, etc.), random gifts/rewards, team workouts, trips, flexibility, and more.
Cons
The culture rejects people who are looking for a "free ride" or just a "job." You are expected to be self-driven, committed, AND honest. With most careers (and definitely recruiting), you need to put in some time before the rewards come piling in. Now, these qualities aren't "cons" to me, but if they are to you, then GEM is probably not the place for you.
