      Pros

      There are a good amount of paid holidays and the schedule is constant and always enough hours

      Cons

      The management.. there are too many heads on this snake and it seems like who is in charge changes day to day. Hard to get anything done because it goes through so many "chains of command"

      The GEM management of this contract has hired two Program Managers to be onsite for all management purposes. Both of these PMs go out of their way to ensure the contract is running smoothly, especially since there are over 35 client chiefs, supervisors, etc. that must be kept happy, a task quite hard to accomplish. There is only one chain of command back to the Corporate offices located in Miami. Even the CEO and President honor an open door policy for all employee concerns. Joe Easton President

      Pros

      GEM Technology International Corp, helped me secure a contract with an area employer. Benefits are decent and it was always a pleasure to work with their corporate administrative staff in HR and Payroll.

      Cons

      Sometimes contracts run out of money and they end prematurely, but despite the setback, GEM brought me back on once the position re-opened.
