      Many great people who enjoy interacting and working on different projects with different departments. Asking others for assistance in learning or how to approach certain obstacles always seemed like a pleasant experience.

      Cons

      Training was below par Because of certain obstacles from the past, solving many issues became tedious and extremely stress inducing Systems and certain approaches seemed outdated and there was a reluctance to change it asap

      Great coworkers and flex time.

      Cons

      Management could be better. A few of team leads are unprofessional. Expectations aren’t always clearly outlined and it can be difficult to see career progression. Long hours, pay below industry standard.
