Pros
Small and friendly work environment. Easy to make real contributions to the company's goals. CEO is a good man to work with.
Cons
No sales. No revenue to sustain anything. We are not allowed to order whiteboards. Engineering does not seem to know how to bring a chip to production. Not able to take the time to learn and apply new technologies such as Power Analysis. Design took courses in System Verilog and UPF and was not able to use either because of time to market. I couldn't take time to apply what I learned. It would slow me down at first.
