Pros

-sell some of the best known brands and product lines -very useful business software -flexibility during work time for personal errands -standard benefits

Cons

-horrific internal organization -ZERO internal training -No formal training of products, systems, or basic proceedures -WAY WAY WAY to many senior managers -no internal communication between management and staff -all VP's micro-manage branch managers and sales force -many duplicate process and inefficientcies -too many "bottlenecks" in almost every task or process -over 20,000 products to sell and require knowledge of all -no base salary when competitors offer base salary + commission -no fuel or mileage paid when using vehicle in town (which will average 400-500kms/week) -sales reps are required to purchase company promotional items if they want to give them to customers -no reimbursement of company lunches/coffees/etc (you are expected to claim on your income tax) -you are provided with a company phone but have to pay $25/mo to upgrade to smartphone and yet are required to carry a smartphone. -no company parties, events, or holiday bonuses

Pros

- Discounted Food that is very good - Incredibly Easy job - Kind coworkers

Cons

- HR will tell you whatever they need in order to get you to accept this job. - Most places in the area pay more for the same job with better perks. - The person who runs HR is a co-owner who is feared and/or disliked by most of the workers because she is unprofessional when it comes to conflict resolution. - The job is slow and boring.
