      - Low pay and no raises unless you request one - Noncompetitive benefits - No flex days and only start with 2 weeks vacation - Little chance for advancement - Management does not treat employees like they are valued.

      Pros

      - Discounted Food that is very good - Incredibly Easy job - Kind coworkers

      Cons

      - HR will tell you whatever they need in order to get you to accept this job. - Most places in the area pay more for the same job with better perks. - The person who runs HR is a co-owner who is feared and/or disliked by most of the workers because she is unprofessional when it comes to conflict resolution. - The job is slow and boring.
