Pros
it is a good place, not much people and quite place. a lot of opportunites and good for young people to start their career if they want to work for semi-conductor factories.
Cons
the work-life balance is not quite well balanced. since this is a global company with some brances in other countries and area, the night meeting is somehow very frequent for some positions, this will consume a lot of family time. but it is fine if the position is not global.
