      culture shows glimmers of innovation from time to time but some old school ways of thinking/doing/designing usually win, technology is outdated; constant missed opportunities to bill additional hours because of overly strict access

      Pros

      GFF has been a great place to work and I've grown exponentially. They are always willing to work with you and be flexible with your life. They embrace work-life balance.

      Cons

      Always very busy, but that is just the nature of the industry. Busy means you're employed so it isn't a bad thing!
