      Decent benefits; office culture varies upon location

      Cons

      Average bonuses and not good with promotions. I was carrying out project manager level responsibility with did not receive any promotion or substantial bonus. Always blamed the economy for not providing good bonuses.

      Great location downtown. Social events are numerous. Staff is friendly. T

      Cons

      Transition after recent merger has been bumpy. Work is inconsistent. There is a clear hierarchy between the production staff and the leadership. Not a lot of communication.
