      Gannett does a great job of delivering quality to their clients and has a good pulse on what is important to their employees.

      Many of their offices operate pretty independently and knowledge sharing can be an issue.

      Great location downtown. Social events are numerous. Staff is friendly. T

      Cons

      Transition after recent merger has been bumpy. Work is inconsistent. There is a clear hierarchy between the production staff and the leadership. Not a lot of communication.
