      Pros

      a People-oriented CEO, friendly colleagues, great culture, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, great maternity leave, the best health insurance etc!

      Cons

      Personally, I don't think there are any, but it is a certain type of personality/person that would fit in here. No nonsense, get the job done people that actually like what they do!

      Pros

      Some of the most brilliant and friendly people at the top; employees are seen as people first; global in every sense - from dozens of nationalities working in the head office to hotels in 85 countries and customers around the globe. Challenger mentality and runs like a start-up which is fun.

      Cons

      Tough industry to be in during COVID. Resources and budget are tight.

      The work was consistent and the salary fair. Nice offices as well.

      It's project development so it increases & decreases with the market
