      Pros

      GHJ is a great work environment compared to other big accounting firms. They do a lot of fun activities and the people who work there are great!

      Cons

      They are over-working their employees instead of hiring more help. There are also still a lot of corporate ideas being valued, which creates hostility among coworkers.

      Friendly coworkers, consistent workflow, hybrid work (2 days in office per week), good benefits

      Cons

      Longer hours during busy season than promised when joining, disorganized on which clients you will work on, scheduling tool was not really helpful
