Pros

If you work hard and also connect with the right people you can move up. There is growth to a certain degree. I met great people on site level and in corporate. I enjoyed working here until the last few months before I decided to leave .

Cons

Upper management can be very selfish. If they see something is wrong instead of removing the issue they cover it up. Which causes a lot of Turn over . If your going to be an assistant manager get ready to feel over worked and under paid.

Pros

If you’re trying to break into the industry, this is a solid place to start. The pay is competitive and there are opportunities to earn additional income, which is honestly what keeps most people around. You will learn a lot — quickly — simply because you’ll be wearing multiple hats from day one.

Cons

That same sink-or-swim environment is also the biggest drawback. Training is minimal, and you’re expected to juggle several roles at once, which makes it nearly impossible to develop deep expertise in your actual position. Expectations are high, but the support from leadership doesn’t always match. Some managers are trustworthy, others are not, and it can be difficult to feel backed by the organization. Advancement is tough — requests for promotions or schedule changes are often shut down without much explanation. The workplace culture can be cliquish, and gossip is common, so the best strategy is to come in, do your job well, and head home. Keeping to yourself goes a long way.
