Unorganized Startup - Anonymous employee GI Property Management Employee Review

Retaliation by leadership, lack of support in every way imaginable, positive reinforcement is non existent, unprofessional leaders, several employees were forced out by executive leadership who literally state they "are" HR, or paid people off to leave instead of addressing concerns, or providing them with tools, guidance, or support. Amazing employee was fired as they arbitrarily mandated covid vaccination, giving employees 30 days to submit proof or be fired. The only two senior HR members recently left. No work life balance, the expectation is that you are on call 24/7. This place is an absolute lawsuit waiting to happen, if there isn't one in the works already.
