Pros
The management and staff have all been very friendly, welcoming and supportive. They truly try to make their employees feel important and appreciated. They offer excellent benefits, provide an open environment for growth and ideas, and truly seem to care about the employees, the clients and the reproductive medical space. I also find it very telling that the majority of people I've met so far have worked here for more than a decade. They really like this company, and what they do. Added benefits include a great location, lots of nearby entertainment venues and dining options, as well as easy access to the beltway. Overall, coming to work here seems to be one of my best decisions.
Cons
So far, I have not seen a downside. I do have a busy commute. but it's been worth it.
