Salary on time. 5 Day week. Apple Macbook by Company Flexi Timings

1. No Growth 2. Unnecessary pressure / Humiliation in front of everyone 3. Scolding by Manager (All) is common, basically managers are none but people who were part of the company from beginning, holding only 3 years experience. 4. Leaves rarely approved. 5. Sometimes work overnight. 6. Firing is common, whole Reshotel team was fired.

Hi Reviewer, while we appreciate honest feedback that would enable us to polish the company further we would like to differ on the subject of hiring and firing. Reshotel was a separate business and company all together and GKM IT only assisted in setting up the team for Reshotel. Any bad experience in Reshotel or how the team was treated does not reflect back on GKMIT.

Sometimes you will be on bench based on the project requirement else you will get a learning opportunity.
