      Pros

      Relaxed work, even though some HITSS customers had the opposite idea. Flexibility regarding the dress code and home office.

      Cons

      Bad choice if you're aiming for a career. Like most Mexican software consulting companies, employees are labeled a profit number and nothing else matters. No career development Terrible top management. People is not valued.
