      Pros

      There is absolutely nothing good about this company.

      Cons

      The owner is a narcissist. This man treats and talks to his employees like crap. This man holds training sessions identical to a cult like setting. He believes the mother of all attacks has already happened and you cant see it, except him. People at your site start hating everything about you because he teaches you not to interact with people. You walk around your post like a military robot. He claims to have built his empire from nothing when indeed his marriage to a wealthy woman is what gave him the money to create his business. He is a complete scammer. Stay away, far away.

      Pros

      Extensive background of the founder where you can learn a lot of what you did not know about the security world. Amazing experience working here.

      Cons

      It is a lot of work to catch up with what is already there, and to then learn and grow further with the company.

      Pros

      Pay is good fair for what you do if your ASA.

      Cons

      The firm seems to fear the liability of assertive, highly-trained agents more than they value the security such agents provide. You’re disposable despite being overqualified if the clients don’t “click” with you. I’m still waiting for global ops leadership to get back to me on why they let me go even though I’m overqualified for the position they gave me. There is honor in that.
