      Pros

      The CEO is a piece of crap. He lies about the money spent on training, his background, and his experiences. He purposely tells managers to write a positive review on platforms cause of all the negative ones. He is a complete joke. This company is a complete joke.

      Cons

      The entire company is a con. The owner is an idiot when it comes to business. He's an idiot when it comes to security. He's just a complete idiot. Don't expect a promotion if you are not a certain religion.

      Pros

      Extensive background of the founder where you can learn a lot of what you did not know about the security world. Amazing experience working here.

      Cons

      It is a lot of work to catch up with what is already there, and to then learn and grow further with the company.

      Pros

      Pay is good fair for what you do if your ASA.

      Cons

      The firm seems to fear the liability of assertive, highly-trained agents more than they value the security such agents provide. You’re disposable despite being overqualified if the clients don’t “click” with you. I’m still waiting for global ops leadership to get back to me on why they let me go even though I’m overqualified for the position they gave me. There is honor in that.
