great coworkers, flexible working hours, remote working, great work life balance
Cons
no transparency, management is a disaster, low pay, greenwashing (mission and values are not at all aligned with action). seems the company is really falling apart at the seams due to new EU greenwashing laws and changes in management. High employee turnover and more recently high amount of people leaving without being replaced. Management barely checks in and there is no visibility on company decisions that affect the staff. When management does make an update, it's never consistent, rarely makes any sense, and is consistently met with great concern and apprehension. Trust has gone out the window since Kristian left. :(
