One of the worst places to work. They hire people only to drain their confidence and eventually fire them without giving a single chance to prove themselves. You may be hired for a specific job role in this company, but you’ll likely end up working in a completely different role for another company under the same management. There is no fixed role, no fixed company, and absolutely no job security. This company thrives on extreme micromanagement. Employees are monitored through individual CCTV cameras with speech recording, tracking every move—what they talk about, what they do on their system, whether they use their personal phone, or even if they stand up from their desk. They discourage any cordial relationships between employees, creating a suffocating work environment. The hiring process is even worse. They conduct multiple rounds of interviews and tests over a week just to select one person, only to fire them within the second week. This clearly reflects their lack of confidence in their own hiring process. They don’t even provide proper offer letters or employment contracts and blatantly lie when asked about them. If you are considering joining this company or any other company under this management (which you’ll only learn about after joining), my sincere advice is: A BIG NO. This place will drain your mental peace and shatter your confidence. If you get a call from them—just run! P.S.: 1.
