      Pros

      Perhaps it's because of the shift in management but everyone is really friendly. Though this is a corporation, it feels like I am part of a family. My manager is the ideal boss. She tries to work alongside her team and really tries to bring out the best in everyone. I get to work on what I enjoy doing, which is , strategy and research/analysis.

      Cons

      In terms of my experience working here so far, I don't see any cons.

      Pros

      The only pro is that you learn what type of people and culture to avoid in the future. It's a learning experience to say the least. Another is free lunch on occasion. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

      Cons

      Management is nothing short of incompetent, toxic, and dishonest. Agreements were never upheld, people are toxic, unhappy, and unable to do their job (for the few that are left). This company will rob you of everything if they get the opportunity and you are not Korean.
