-Non-revenue generating staff are viewed more as taking from the company, rather than contributing to the overall success of the company -No formal HR annual review or compensation review process -- I went 3 years with neither and am aware of other employees who have gone 7+ years without a single conversation. -Philosophy of management is that if you aren't working 50+ hour weeks, then you aren't working -As a supposed "family first" company, everyone other than family or those in the long-term, inner circle are completely expendable, and will more than likely be disposed of sooner rather than later. -Perception among the staff is that they will squeeze you until there is nothing more to squeeze and then toss you aside like trash.
