      Okay Salary. Free lunch fridays

      Bad management, nepotism Management will give raises and promotions to friends rather than performance. Like in many other places. After leaving many others followed and corporate finally noticed something was wrong and laid off a couple of the managers who created a bad culture that took years to build and was ruined in less than 2 years

      Fun place to work, everyone is nice, relaxed workplace environment and the supervisors really care about their workers and making them feel comfortable and taken care of

      Cons

      Like any customer facing job, at times people can be a bit much, however with any sort of de-escalation experience it helps a lot.
